COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 090755

 

Approving a cooperative agreement between the City and the Tax Increment Financing Commission and Main Street Corridor Development Corporation for the implementation of certain improvements described by the Southtown Corridor/31st and Baltimore Tax Increment Financing Plan.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Council hereby approves a cooperative agreement between the City and the Tax Increment Financing Commission and Main Street Corridor Development Corporation for the implementation of certain improvements described by the Southtown Corridor/31st and Baltimore Tax Increment Financing Plan. The agreement shall be in a form substantially as that attached hereto.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
