ORDINANCE NO. 041095

Authorizing execution of the Amended and Restated Use and Lease Agreement (Airfield Only) with Pinnacle Airlines d/b/a Northwest Airlink at Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute the Amended and Restated Use and Lease Agreement (Airfield Only) with Pinnacle Airlines d/b/a Northwest Airlink at Kansas City International Airport extending the term until April 30, 2005. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
