ORDINANCE NO. 031000

 

Approving an amendment to a previously approved development plan in Districts GP-3 (Regional Business), GP-4 (High Density Residential) and GP-6 (Low Density Residential) on approximately a 250 acre tract of land generally located at the northeast corner of N.W. Skyview Avenue and N.W. Tiffany Springs Road. (9831-GP-11)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That an amendment to a previously approved development plan in Districts GP-3 (Regional Business), GP-4 (High Density Residential) and GP-6 (Low Density Residential) on approximately a 250 acre tract of land generally located at the northeast corner of N.W. Skyview Avenue and N.W. Tiffany Springs Road, and more specifically described as follows:

 

 

All that part of the Fractional Northwest Quarter of Section 6, lying east of Missouri Highway W, and all of the Fractional Northeast Quarter of Section 6, all being in Township 51, Range 33, Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of the Fractional Northeast Quarter of said Section 6; thence South 89E59'39" East along the north line of said Fractional Northeast Quarter, 2632.76 feet to the northeast corner of said Fractional Northeast Quarter; thence South 0E25'11" West along the east line of said Fractional Northeast Quarter, 2344.06 feet to the southeast corner of said Fractional Northeast Quarter; thence North 88E56'56" West along the south line of said Fractional Northeast Quarter, 2648.20 feet to the southwest corner of said Fractional Northeast Quarter, said point being also the southeast corner of the Fractional Northwest Quarter of said Section 6; thence North 88E56'56" West along the south line of said Fractional Northwest Quarter, 2515.93 feet to its intersection with the easterly right of way line of Missouri Highway Route W, as now established; thence North 7E21'24" East along said easterly right of way, 64.14 feet; thence northerly along said easterly right of way line, on a curve to the right, tangent to the last described course, having a radius of 1085.92 feet, an arc distance of 312.09 feet; thence North 66E10'36" West along said right of way, 25.00 feet; thence North 23E49'24" East along said right of way line 830.90 feet; thence South 66E10'36" East along said right of way line, 5.00 feet; thence North 23E49'24" East along said easterly right of way line, 400.00 feet; thence South 66E10'36" East 10.00 feet; thence North 23E49'24" East along said right of way line, 100.00 feet; thence North 66E10'36" West, 15.00 feet; thence North 23E49'24" East along said easterly right of way line; 718.00 feet to its intersection with the north line of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of said Section 6; thence South 89E59'39" East along said north line, 1651.16 feet to the true point of beginning. Except that part on the south and east now being used for road right of way.

 

is hereby approved. A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under


Document No. 031000, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
