Authorizing a $250,000.00 Amendment No. 1 to a Professional, Specialized or Technical Services Contract with Farm Management Associates for Project No. C000649 - Farm Management Services at Kansas City International Airport and the expenditure of previously appropriated funds in the amount of $766,000.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a $250,000.00 Amendment No. 1 to a Professional, Specialized or Technical Services Contract for Project No. C000649 - Farm Management Services at Kansas City International Airport with Farm Management Associates. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to expend the following amount heretofore appropriated to the Kansas City Airport Fund, 01-821-062-7234-T, for work to be performed under the aforesaid amendment:

$250,000.00 Land Improvements

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
