Accepting various deeds and easements from Ralph and Thelma Emmons, Trustees; the Gale W. Kolie Revocable Living Trust; Morris Development Company; Joseph F. Jr., and Dolores A. Siebolt; Mabel and Janice Ann Christener; James H. And Henrietta Jacobson; Robert L. and Edith M. Thomas; Elmer F. and Frances Belle Rowe; Havens Steel Company; Missouri Pacific Railroad Company; the Estate of Gloria Jean Blair; Joan C. Lippert; Royal Asphalt Company; Edward D. and Dolores Farage; Stephen A. Conard; Stanley W. and Helen E. Petty; Eugene Helm; Mary K. Hamburg; Arthur R. And Betty M. Fox; Milgram Food Stores, Inc.; Robert L. Steinbach and Stella P. Peel conveying to Kansas City certain lands in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, for public use for the Blue River Flood Control Project; and directing the City Clerk to file same.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following listed deeds and easements, conveying properties to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, in fee simple for public purposes for the Blue River Flood Control Project and said deeds having been recorded in the office of the Director of Records for Jackson County in Kansas City, Missouri, under the instrument numbers and on the books and pages indicated are hereby accepted:
