RESOLUTION NO. 070552

Honoring Jackie Burton and extending to her the appreciation, gratitude and respect for her work on behalf of Councilmember Bonnie Sue Cooper and the City of Kansas City, Missouri.

WHEREAS, Jackie Burton has worked for Councilmember Bonnie Sue Cooper as a council aide; and

WHEREAS, the dedication, hard work and enthusiasm of Jackie Burton has been greatly appreciated by Councilmember Bonnie Sue Cooper, City staff, the people of the Second District and the City of Kansas City, Missouri;

NOW, THEREFORE, in recognition of her dedicated service to the City Council of the City of Kansas City, Missouri;

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That the Mayor and Council do hereby honor Jackie Burton and extend to her their appreciation, gratitude and respect for her work on behalf of Councilmember Bonnie Sue Cooper and the City of Kansas City, Missouri; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be spread upon the Minutes of the Council in testimony thereof and that a copy hereof be presented to Jackie Burton with appropriate recognition and appreciation.
