ORDINANCE NO. 920582
Amending Ordinance No. 911214, passed October 17, 1991,
by repealing and reenacting Section 2 to correct the boundary description for
Sewer District 20007.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That Ordinance No. 911214, passed
October 17, 1991, is hereby amended by repealing Section 2 thereof and enacting
in lieu thereof a new Section of like subject to read as follows:
Section 2. That Sewer District No. 20007, in
Sewer
Division Number 20 in Kansas City, Clay County,
Missouri, is hereby reestablished, the boundary lines of which are
described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of North
Brighton Avenue with its intersection with the westerly prolongation
of the north line of Lot 7, "Dr. Thompson's Subdivision",
thence easterly along said prolongation and the northerly line of
said Lot 7 to the west line of Lot 4, "Hopkins Addition", thence
northerly along the west line of Lot 3 and 4 "Hopkins Addition",
to a point 25.0 feet south of the north line of said Lot 3; thence
easterly along a line 25.0 feet south of the parallel to the north line of
said Lot 3 to the west line of North Denver Avenue, thence southeasterly
across north Denver Avenue to the northwest corner of Lot 11,
"Hopkins Addition", thence easterly along the north line of said
Lot 11 to the west line of Lot 4, "Cherokee Heights", thence
northerly along the west line of Lot 4 and part of Lot 5 "Cherokee
Heights" to a point 40.0 feet south of the north line of said Lot 5,
thence easterly along a line 40.0 feet south of and parallel to the north
line of said Lot 5 to the west line of North Colorado Avenue; thence
northeasterly to the east line of North Colorado Avenue to a point 30.0
feet south of the north line of Lot 12, "Cherokee Heights",
thence easterly along a line 30.0 feet south of and parallel to the
north line of said lot and continuing easterly, to the west line of Lot
61, "Maple Park Gardens"; thence northwesterly along the west
line of "Maple Park Gardens" to a point 23.0 feet south of the
northwest corner of Lot 58, "Maple Park"; thence north 23.0 feet
to the northwest corner of Lot 58, "Maple Park"; thence
northeasterly across Lot 57 through 54 to a point on the south line of Lot
53, "Maple Park Gardens", 198.0 feet west of the west line of
North Drury Avenue; thence northerly along a line 198.0 feet west of and
parallel to said street to a point on the south line of Lot 51,
"Maple Park Gardens", thence easterly along the south line of
said lot to a point 120.0 feet west of the west line of North Drury
Avenue; thence northerly along a line 120.0 feet west of and parallel to
the west line of North Drury Avenue to the centerline of Northeast 63rd
Street; thence west along the centerline of Northeast 63rd Street, 54.83
feet to a point, said point also being 48.75 feet east of the west line of
Lot 48 "Maple Park Gardens"; thence north along a line 48.75
feet east of and parallel to said west line of said lot, a distance
of 266.4 feet; thence westerly along a line 266.4 feet north of and
parallel to said centerline of Northeast 63rd Street, to the west line of
Lot 49, "Maple Park Gardens", thence south along said west line
to the centerline of Northeast 63rd Street said centerline being located
15.0 feet north of the north line of Lots 7 and 8, "Strawberry
Hill", thence west along the centerline of said street to its
intersection with the centerline of North Denver Avenue; thence south
along the centerline of North Denver Avenue to its intersection with
the easterly prolongation of the north line of Lot 12, said
subdivision; thence westerly along said easterly prolongation and the
north lines of Lots 12 and 11, said subdivision, to a point which lies
72.0 feet westerly of the northeast corner of said Lot 11; thence
southerly along a line parallel with the east line of said Lot 11 and its
southerly prolongation to the centerline of Northeast 62nd Street, as now
established; thence westerly along the centerline of said Northeast
62nd Street to its intersection with the west line of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 51 North, Range
32 West; the centerline of North Brighton Avenue; thence south along said
centerline to the point of beginning.
Section B. That all sections of Ordinance No.
911214 not repealed and reenacted above shall remain effective.
