Approving a $20,000.00 contract with Save A Connie, Inc. for promotion of "Save A Connie" from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (Second and City-Wide Council Districts).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a $20,000.00 contract with Save A Connie, Inc. for promotion of "Save A Connie" from funds previously appropriated to the following accounts in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund:

235-067-2120B Second $ 5,000.00 235-067-2100B City-Wide 15,000.00 $20,000.00

which contract is hereby approved in substantial form as that on file in the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
