ORDINANCE NO. 970199

Authorizing a supplemental agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission and the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, for the upgrading of active railroad warning devices at the Missouri Pacific Railroad crossing of Little Blue Road and directing the City Clerk to record the agreement.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby authorized to enter into and execute, on behalf of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, a supplemental agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission and the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company for the upgrading of active railroad warning devices at the Missouri Pacific Railroad crossing of Little Blue Road. A copy of the agreement, in substantial form, is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file copies of this ordinance, together with the supplemental agreement attached hereto, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri together with all other relevant documents.
