A strip of land 10.00 feet in width over part of Lot 7-B, Certificate Of Survey – Lot 7 - Oak Barry Center, a subdivision of land in the Norhteast Quarter of Section 11, Township 51 North, Range 33 West of the 5th Principal Meridian in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, said strip of land being a sanitary sewer easement recorded in Book 1923 at Page 653 in said Clay County, lying 5.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 11; thence South 89°45'58" East, along the south line of said Northeast Quarter, 1,310.04 feet to the Southeast corner of the West one-half of said Northeast Quarter; thence North 00°30'20" East, along the East line of said West one-half, 902.15 feet to a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 7-B, said point being the Point of Beginning of the centerline to be herein described; thence South 11°18'09" West, 266.91 feet; thence South 63°58'02" West, 53.91 feet to a point on the southerly line of said Lot 4-B, the Point of Termination of said centerline. The outer limits of said strip of land are to be lengthened or shortened as necessary to terminate on the grantors property line at the Point of Beginning and at the Point of Termination.
