COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 951524
Reducing the appropriation in the City Clerk's Public
Information Office account by $25,395.79 and appropriating that sum to a City
Manager's Office account for the same purpose.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the appropriation in Account No.
96-100-002-1520-A of the General Fund is reduced by the sum of $25,395.79.
Section 2. That the amount of $25,395.79 is
appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the
following account in the General Fund:
Section 3. That the Director of Finance is
authorized to make any necessary transfers of salary expenses against this
account that may occur while this ordinance is being considered by the City
I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise
unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing
expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in
the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each
sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
