Approving Traffic Regulation No. 47545.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted in Section 34.14 of the Code of General Ordinances of Kansas City, Missouri, the Director of the Public Works Department has heretofore made and filed with the Director of Records a temporary traffic regulation hereinafter described on a test basis, and notice has been given thereof to the public by publishing said regulation in The Daily Record; and

WHEREAS, the Council has duly considered said regulation and has found it in the public interest and necessary to the public safety that said regulation continues in effect as a part of Chapter 34 of the Code of General Ordinances, and as a part of said sections of said chapter to which the respective regulation refers; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following temporary Traffic Regulation is hereby approved and said regulation shall continue in force as part of Chapter 34 of the Code of General Ordinances, and as a part of said section of said chapter to which the respective regulation refers:

Section 2. That the following Traffic Regulation Number constitutes installation of a new regulation which is hereby approved in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 34.14 of the Code of General Ordinances of Kansas City, Missouri:
