Authorizing execution of a Fourth Amended Agreement with SGB Communications, Inc., which extends the time of performance until July 31, 1999, to assist in the implementation of FOCUS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of the Department of City Development, on behalf of the City, is hereby authorized to execute a Fourth Amended Agreement with SGB Communications, Inc., which extends the time of performance until July 31, 1999, in order to assist in the implementation of FOCUS by completing services for the FOCUS Kansas City Phase II: City Council Leadership and Implementation Plan. A copy of the Fourth Amended Agreement, in substantial form, is attached hereto and is hereby approved.
