ORDINANCE NO. 930444

Authorizing a First Amendment to a contract with United States Elevator Company at KCI Airport extending the term by five months to September 30, 1993, and the expenditure of previously appropriated funds in the amount of $9,685.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a First Amendment to a contract with United States Elevator Company at Kansas City International Airport. A copy of the first amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to expend the following amounts from funds heretofore appropriated to the Kansas City Airport Fund (821-062-2340-B- 1628) for work to be performed under the aforesaid amendment:

$9,685.00 for services to be performed

Section 3. That the terms, conditions, privileges and obligations as set forth in said first amendment are hereby approved.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
