ORDINANCE NO. 171007

 

Authorizing a Professional, Specialized or Technical Services Contract not to exceed $142,000.00 with Carollo Engineers, Inc., for a School to Work Pilot Program.

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is authorized to execute Contract No. 1449 in the amount not to exceed $142,000.00 with Carollo Engineers, Inc., for a School to Work Pilot Program. A copy of the contract is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.

 

Section 2. That the Director of Water Services is authorized to expend up to $142,000.00, from Account No. 18-8110-801320-B-610250, Overflow Control Program, to satisfy the cost of this contract.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
