RESOLUTION NO. 070555

Honoring Reva Simmons and extending to her the appreciation, gratitude and respect for her work on behalf of Councilwoman Saundra McFadden-Weaver and the City of Kansas City, Missouri.

WHEREAS, Reva Simmons has worked for Councilwoman McFadden-Weaver as a Council aide; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Simmons dedication and service to Councilwoman McFadden-Weaver, the Third District and all citizens of Kansas City, Missouri is greatly appreciated; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That the Mayor and Council do hereby honor Reva Simmons and extend to her their appreciation, gratitude and respect for her work on behalf of Councilwoman McFadden-Weaver and the City of Kansas City, Missouri; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be spread upon the Minutes of the Council in testimony thereof and that a copy hereof be presented to Reva Simmons with appropriate recognition and appreciation.
