Section 7. That the Director of Public Works is designated as requisitioning authority for the following accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund: 898014, 898016, 898032, 898073, 898101, 898201, 898203, 898204, 898301, 898304, 898307, 898401, 898404, 898407, 898501, 898507, 898509, 898601, 898607, 898609, 898704, 898705, 898707, 898831, 898916, 898941 and 898975.

Section 8. That the Director of Capital Projects is designated as requisitioning authority for the following accounts is the Capital Improvements Fund: 878011, 878012, 878017, 878031, 878032, 878034, 878035, 878037, 878043, 878100, 878101, 878103, 878200, 878201, 878300, 878304, 878400, 878500, 878501, 878600, 878601, 878701, 878911 and 878931.

Section 9. That this ordinance is recognized as an emergency measure within the provisions of Section 503 of the City Charter in that it appropriates money, and shall take effect in accordance with that section.
