Authorizing a First Amendment to the Ground Transportation Concession Agreement with KCI Shuttle at the Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to enter into a First Amendment with KCI Shuttle at the Kansas City International Airport to clarify the annual adjustment of the Monthly Minimum Fee (MMF), effective November 1, 2005. A copy of this amendment is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
