ORDINANCE NO. 970448

Accepting various deeds conveying real estate to the City for public purposes in connection with Hospital Hill Expansion Phase II and directing the City Clerk to file same.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following listed deeds conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, in fee simple for public purposes for the Hospital Hill Expansion - Phase II and said deeds having been recorded in the office of the Director of Records for Jackson County, in Kansas City, Missouri, under the instrument numbers and in the book and pages indicated are hereby accepted.
