ORDINANCE NO. 070723

Reducing appropriations in the Capital Improvements Fund in the amount of $47,500.00; and appropriating these sums to various accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund for projects in Council Districts 1 and 6.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the appropriation in the following accounts of the Capital Improvements Fund is hereby reduced by the following amounts:

08-3090-898916-B-89008130 Trail at 9000 Old Santa Fe Road $27,500.00

08-3090-898105-B-89009996 Flood Control CD1- Contingency 20,000.00

$47,500.00

Section 2. That the sum of $47,500.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund to the following accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund:

08-3090-078916-B-89008130 Trail at 9000 Old Santa Fe Road $27,500.00

08-3090-708109-B-70065345 Anita Gorman Park Facility 20,000.00
