ORDINANCE NO. 080447

 

Amending Chapter 62, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Sections 62-42, 62-43 and 62-44 for the purpose of eliminating payments to multi-family properties in lieu of refuse collection and disposal services.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That Chapter 62, Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by repealing

therein Section 62-42, Payments in lieu of services Authorized; conditions.

 

Section 2. That Chapter 62, Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by repealing therein Section 62-43, Same Amount.

 

Section 3. That Chapter 62, Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by repealing therein Section 62-44, Same Certification of service; payment to owner.
