ORDINANCE NO. 921164

Reducing the appropriation in Account No. 251-055-2132-B by $1,493,000.00; appropriating $1,493,000.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the HOME Investment Fund to Account No. 251-055-2131-B; and authorizing a contract amendment with the Rehabilitation Loan Corporation for a total contract amount of $2,986,000.00 for the 1992 HOME Investment Partnership Program.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the appropriation in the following account is hereby reduced by the following amount:

251-055-2132-B Housing Development Corporation $1,493,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $1,493,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the HOME Investment Fund to the following account in said Fund:

251-055-2131-B Rehabilitation Loan Corporation $1,493,000.00

Section 3. That the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development is hereby authorized to execute a contract amendment with the Rehabilitation Loan Corporation, increasing the contract amount by $1,493,000.00 for a total contract amount of $2,986,000.00, for the 1992 HOME Investment Partnership Program from funds previously appropriated and herein appropriated to Account No. 251-055-2131, Rehabilitation Loan Corporation.
