ORDINANCE NO. 001353

Reestimating revenue in the amount of $115,000.00 in the Program Income account of the Community Development Fund - Year 24; appropriating it to the Prospect Corridor Initiative account of the Community Development Fund - Year 26; designating requisitioning authority; and amending the 2000 Consolidated Action Plan.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the Community Development Fund - year 24 is hereby reestimated in the following additional amount:

01-261-055-5812 Program Income $115,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $115,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Community Development Fund - Year 26 to the following account in the Community Development Fund - Year 26:

01-261-064-6502-T Prospect Corridor Initiative $115,000.00

Section 3. That the Director of the Department of City Development is hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account No. 01-261-064-6502.

Section 4. That an amendment to the 2000 Consolidated Action Plan, adding $115,000.00 for the Prospect Corridor Program, is hereby approved.
