Authorizing an amendment to the Box Office Agreement with Ticketmaster-Midwest, Inc.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Convention and Entertainment Centers is authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, an amendment to the Box Office Agreement with Ticketmaster-Midwest, Inc., among other things changing the term of the agreement, providing for an advertising allowance to the City, providing for royalties to the City, setting forth the charges per ticket and expanding the facilities to which the agreement applies. The amendment is approved in substantial for as the exhibit to this ordinance.
