ORDINANCE NO. 110207

 

Rezoning an area of approximately 0.62 acres generally located on the north side of W. 104th Street, about 350 feet west of Madison Avenue , from Districts B1-1 and B3-2 to District B3-2. (9559-P-4)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That Chapter 88, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as the Zoning and Development Code, is hereby amended by enacting a new section to be known as Section 88-20A0883, rezoning an area of approximately 0.62 acres generally located on the north side of W. 104th Street, about 350 feet west of Madison Avenue , from Districts B1-1 (Neighborhood Business 1) (formerly District C-1 (Neighborhood Retail Business)) and B3-2 (Community Business 2) (formerly District C-2 (Local Retail Business)) to District B3-2 (Community Business 2), said section to read as follows:

 

Section 88-20A0544. That an area legally described as:

 

Lot 1, Watts Mill Auto Repair, and the east ten feet of Lot 8, Dallas, both being subdivisions in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri,

 

is hereby rezoned from Districts B1-1 (Neighborhood Business 1) (formerly District C-1 (Neighborhood Retail Business)) and B3-2 (Community Business 2) (formerly District C-2 (Local Retail Business)) to District B3-2 (Community Business 2), all as shown outlined on a map marked Section 88-20A0883 which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the zoning maps constituting a part of said chapter and pursuant to Section 80-20 thereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning and Development Code Ordinance have been given and had.
