ORDINANCE NO. 110357

Authorizing a 5-year lease with the United States Postal Service for the Kansas City – Jesse Donaldson Facility at 156 Paris Street at the Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a 5-year building and land lease, and such documents, sales contracts, and instruments as may be necessary to carry out and comply with the intent of this ordinance, with the United States Postal Service to operate a mail sorting and distribution center at the Kansas City International Airport with the Lease having the option of renewal with the United States Postal Service for an additional 5-year term. A copy of the Lease is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
