ORDINANCE NO. 040567

Establishing Sewer District Nos. 15105 through 15108, all in Sewer Division 15, in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, in the vicinity of N.W. Flintridge Road and Interstate 29 Highway.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That Sewer District No. 15105, in Sewer Division 15, in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, is hereby established, the boundary lines of which are described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of NW Flint Ridge Road and the north line of Section 33, Township 51N, Range 33W; thence easterly along said north line to the NE corner of the NW quarter of said section; thence southerly along the east line of said NW quarter a distance of 616.3 feet; thence west a distance of 284.95 feet and westerly 24.61 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of 610.98 feet, to the SE corner of Lot 1, Block 5, Platte Purchase Park 2nd Plat, a subdivision in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri; thence westerly along said south line of said Lot 1, and its westerly prolongation to the intersection with the centerline of NW Flint Ridge Road; thence northerly along said centerline to the point of beginning.

Section 2. That Sewer District No. 15106, in Sewer Division 15, in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, is hereby established, the boundary lines of which are described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at the NE corner of the NW quarter of Section 33, Township 51N, Range 33W; thence easterly a distance of 908.23 feet along the north line of said section having a bearing of South 89E 23 30 East; thence South 24E 47 11 East, along a straight line a distance of 11.83 feet; thence South 30E 45 31 East a distance of 493.63 feet to a point on the east line of a tract of land described in Book 259 at Page 39 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Platte County, Missouri, said point lying 1168.17 feet east of the west line of the NE quarter of Section 33, Township 51N, Range 33W and 432.18 feet south of the north line of the said quarter section; thence southwesterly along said east line of said property to a point lying 1148.6 feet east of the west line and 739.98 feet south of the north line of the said quarter section; thence west along a straight line to a point 739.98 feet south of the NW corner of the NE quarter of said section, said point lying on the west line of said quarter section; thence northerly along said west line to the point of beginning.

Section 3. That Sewer District No. 15107, in Sewer Division 15, in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, is hereby established, the boundary lines of which are described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of NW Flint Ridge Road and the north right of way line of Interstate 29; thence northerly along said centerline to its intersection with the westerly prolongation of the south line of Lot 1, Block 5, Platte Purchase Park 2nd Plat," a subdivision in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri; thence easterly along said south line to the SE corner of said Lot 1; thence easterly along a curve to the left having a radius of 610.98 feet, a distance of 24.61 feet; thence east along a straight line a distance of 284.95 feet to a point on the east line of the NW quarter of Section 33, Township 51N, Range 33W, 616.3 feet south of the NE corner of said NW quarter; thence southerly along said east line to a point 739.98 feet south of said NE corner; thence easterly to point 739.98 feet south and 259 feet east of said NE corner; thence southeasterly along a straight line to a point on the north line of Tract 37, Breen Acres, a subdivision in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, 540 feet east of the NW corner of said tract; thence west along said north line of said Tract to the NW corner thereof; thence south along the west line of Tract 37 and Tract 36 to the intersection with the north right-of-way line of Interstate 29;

thence northwesterly along said north right-of way line to the point of beginning.

Section 4. That Sewer District No. 15108, in Sewer Division 15, in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, is hereby established, the boundary lines of which are described as follows, to-wit:

Tracts 35, 36 and 37 of Breen Acres, a subdivision in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.
