Authorizing a Letter of Understanding with Trans World Airlines, Inc. for use of a parking lot at KCI Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Acting Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a Letter of Understanding with Trans World Airlines, Inc. for the use of the overflow parking lot at Kansas City International Airport off Paris Street for student parking for the TWA mechanic training school for a term of one year with an option for two additional years. A copy of the Letter of Understanding is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the terms and conditions, privileges and obligations as set forth in said letter of understanding are hereby approved.
