Authorizing an Indemnification Agreement Running with the Land between Kansas City and Mission Drive LLC in connection with construction of an entrance bridge over and across a Kansas City sewer easement, allowing access to a garage located on Mission Drive.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of Kansas City, an Indemnification Agreement Running with the Land between Kansas City and Mission Drive LLC allowing construction of an entrance bridge over and across a Kansas City sewer easement, allowing access to a garage located on Mission Drive. A copy of said agreement is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.
