Authorizing a lease agreement
with American Compressed Steel for property located at 1508 Woodswether Road.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the Director of City Development is authorized to enter into a one- year lease
agreement with American Compressed Steel for water services property located at
1508 Woodswether Road, in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri with rent being
$4,800.00 per year paid in monthly installments of $400.00. This lease will
automatically renew unless notice is given by either party.
