COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 960646

Modifying the City Market Schedule of Rents.

WHEREAS, Section 40-206 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, requires the Property Manager of the City Market to submit to the Council a proposed schedule of rents, charges, privileges, and accommodations; and

WHEREAS, the City, through its Planned Industrial Expansion Authority, has Commercial Realty Resources under contract to serve as Property Manager; and

WHEREAS, on January 11, 1996, the City Market Oversight Committee met, discussed, and recommended adoption of certain modifications to the City Market Schedule of Rents and the Operating Procedures as adopted by Ordinance No. 940855; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That Section III Rent Schedule of the City Market Operating Procedures is hereby repealed, and a new Section III Rent Schedule, (Exhibits "A" and "C" attached hereto and made a part hereof) is hereby adopted pursuant to Section 40-206.
