ORDINANCE NO. 090695

 

Approving a contract with the Platte County Economic Development Council, Inc., in the total amount of $13,100.00 for events and projects from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Acting Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute in the total amount of $13,100.00 with the following agency in the respective amounts for the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund projects and events from funds previously appropriated in Account No. 10-2350-672100-B. This contract is hereby approved, in substantial forms, as that on file in the Neighborhood and Community Services Department.
