ORDINANCE NO. 080825
Authorizing the Director of City
Development to execute a Covenant To Maintain Decorative Pavers and Other
Streetscape on N.W. Prairie View Road for the previously recorded plat of Zona
Rosa 5th Plat, an addition in Platte County, Missouri; and authorizing the City
Clerk to record this ordinance and attached agreement. (SD 0922E)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the Director of City Development is hereby authorized to execute a Covenant To
Maintain Decorative Pavers and Other Streetscape on N.W. Prairie View Road,
Zona Rosa 5th Plat, to be in a form substantially as that attached hereto as
Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record
copies of this ordinance, together with the Covenant To Maintain Decorative
Pavers and Other Streetscape
on N.W. Prairie View Road, Zona Rosa 5th Plat, in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Platte County, Missouri together with all
other relevant documents.
