ORDINANCE NO. 961098

 

Authorizing Supplement No. 9 to the Lease Agreement between the City of Kansas City, Missouri, and Executive Beechcraft, Inc., for reimbursement for the cost of demolition of the South Lobby Building, Project K58 at the Kansas City Downtown Airport in an amount not to exceed $243,100.00.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute Supplement No. 9 between the City of Kansas City, Missouri, and Executive Beechcraft, Inc., for reimbursement for demolition of the South Lobby Building at the Kansas City Downtown Airport. A copy of the supplement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

 

Section 2. That the sum of $243,100.00 is hereby appropriated from the Fiscal Year 1997 Building and Plant Repair account for the Kansas City Downtown Airport, Project K58, Account No. 97-821-062-7209-T-1106.

 

$221,000.00 Demolition

22,100.00 Contingent Obligations

 

Section 3. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to expend an amount not to exceed $243,100.00 for services to be performed under the aforesaid supplement.
