COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 090421

 

Authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a lease agreement with Martin Luther King Village, L.P., for the lease of City-owned property located at 2001 E. 25th Street.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY

 

Section 1. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a lease agreement with Martin Luther King Village, L.P., for City-owned property at 2001 E. 25th Street to be used as a parking lot for the Martin Luther King Village Apartments beginning June 1, 2009 and ending May 31, 2010, with fifteen one-year options to renew for the annual lease rate of $200.00.
