Amending
the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International Airport,
as amended, by changing the land use designation from agricultural and low
density residential uses and general transient retail business uses to regional
business uses for an approximately 61.78 acre tract of land generally located
at the northwest corner of I-29 and Tiffany Springs Road. (247-S-54 - Area 4)

IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section
A. That the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International
Airport, as amended, is hereby amended by changing the land use designation
from agricultural and low density residential uses and general transient retail
business uses to regional business uses for an approximately 61.78 acre tract
of land generally located at the northwest corner of I-29 and Tiffany Springs
Road, and more specifically described as follows:
All that part of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8, Sarah Glass
Place, a subdivision according to the recorded plat thereof, being bounded on
the east by the southwesterly right of way line of U.S. Interstate Highway
Route No. 29, as now established, and on the north by the north line of said
Lots 4 and 5 and on the west by the east right of way line of N.W. Congress
Avenue, as now established, and on the south by the south line of Lots 1 and 8
of said Sarah Glass Place and the north right of way line of Tiffany Springs
Road, as now established, all in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.
Containing 61.78 acres, more or less.

as shown outlined on a map marked General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas
City International Airport, as amended, which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the
aforesaid plan and as an amendment to Section 80-206.
Section
B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the
proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the
Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
