Adjusting the appropriation in the KCMAC Series 2001A Fund for the 1128 Oak Street retail improvements property and designating requisitioning authority.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the appropriation in the following account of the KCMAC Series 2001A Fund is reduced by the following amount:

AL-3980-898822-B Building CD2 $132,478.00

Section 2. That the sum of $132,478.00 is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the KCMAC Series 2001A Fund to the following account:

AL-3980-648022-B Building CD2 $132,478.00

Section 3. That the Director of the City Development Department is designated as requisitioning authority for Account No. AL-3980-648022.
