ORDINANCE NO. 020107

 

Approving a development plan in District URD (Urban Redevelopment District) on approximately a 2.6 acre tract of land generally bounded by 13th Street on the north, Main Street on the east, 14th Street on the south, and Baltimore Avenue on the west. (11754-URD-4)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a development plan in District URD (Urban Redevelopment District) on approximately a 2.6 acre tract of land generally bounded by 13th Street on the north, Main Street on the east, 14th Street on the south, and Baltimore Avenue on the west, and more specifically described as follows:

 

All of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block E, Second Resurvey of Reids Addition, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri; all of Lots 1 though 12, inclusive, Block 8, Reids Addition; a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri; all of the vacated alley lying south of and adjacent to the south line of Lot 12, Block 8, Reids Addition; all of Lots 73 through 81, Block 6, McGees Addition; a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri; and all of the alley lying west of and adjacent to Lots 73 through 81, Block 6, McGees Addition. Containing 2.6 acres, more or less.

 

is hereby approved. A copy of said development plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 020107, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
