Estimating revenue in the Police Drug Enforcement Fund in the additional amount of $67,600.00 and appropriating it to 99 Jackson County DARE contribution accounts for DARE program expenses.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the Police Drug Enforcement Fund is estimated in the following additional amount:

99-234-021-8359 99 Jackson County DARE contribution $67,600.00

Section 2. That the following amount is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Police Drug Enforcement Fund to the following accounts in the Police Drug Enforcement Fund:

99-234-021-2646-B 99 Jackson County DARE contribution $17,100.00

99-234-021-2646-C 99 Jackson County DARE contribution 50,500.00

$67,600.00
