Rezoning an area of approximately
.14 acres generally located about 200 feet west of N. Oak Trafficway and about
350 feet north of the Gladstone city limits from District R-1a to District
PD/R-1a, and approving a development plan for the same. (11631-PD-4)
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That
Chapter 80, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly
known as the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by enacting a new section to
be known as Section 80-11A0682, rezoning an area of approximately .14 acres
generally located about 200 feet west of N. Oak Trafficway and about 350 feet
north of the Gladstone city limits from District R-1a (One-Family Dwellings,
Medium Density) to District PD/R-1a (Planned Development/One-Family Dwellings,
Medium Density), said section to read as follows:
Section 80-11A0682. That an area
legally described as:
TRACT III-A: (7730
N. Oak Trafficway): The west 40 feet of Lot 2, Lawn Acres No. 2, a subdivision
in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, except that part conveyed to the City of
Kansas City, Missouri in Book 1941 at Page 579, as Document No. G-52177.
TRACT IV-A: (7740 N.
Oak Trafficway): The west 40 feet of Lot 1, Lawn Acres No. 2, a subdivision in
Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri except that part conveyed to the City of
Kansas City, Missouri in Book 1941 at Page 584, as Document No. G-52179.
is hereby rezoned from District
R-1a (One-Family Dwellings, Medium Density) to District PD/R-1a (Planned
Development/One-Family Dwellings, Medium Density), all as shown outlined on a
map marked Section 80-11A0682, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof,
and which is hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the zoning maps
constituting a part of said chapter and as an amendment to Section 80-11
thereof.
Section B. That
a development plan for the area legally described above is hereby approved,
subject to the following condition:
That
the developer submit a final plan to the City Plan Commission for approval,
including detailed information on landscaping, and grading.
A copy of said development plan
is on file in the office of the City Clerk with this ordinance and is made a
part hereof.
Section C. That
the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed
amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning
Ordinance have been given and had.
