ORDINANCE NO. 010557

Reestimating revenue in the amount of $180,000.00 in the General Fund; appropriating it to the Codes Administration - Administration account of the General Fund; and recognizing an emergency.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby reestimated in the following additional amount:

01-100-025-6501 Building Permit and Inspection Fees $180,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $180,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund:

01-100-025-1000-B Codes Administration - Administration $180,000.00

Section 3. That the unexpended and unencumbered balance of appropriations in Account No. 01-100-025-1000-B are hereby appropriated to the same account in the 2001-02 fiscal year.

Section 4. That this ordinance, being a general appropriation ordinance, is recognized as an emergency measure within the provisions of Section 15, Article II of the Charter of Kansas City, and shall take effect in accordance with this section.
