Approving a development plan to allow multiple principal residential buildings on one lot in District R-80 on about 1 acre generally located at 8900 N. Prospect Avenue. (14615-P)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a development plan to allow multiple principal residential buildings on one lot in District R-80 (Residential 80) on about 1 acre generally located at 8900 N. Prospect Avenue, and more specifically described as follows:

 

SEC 01-51-33 SE1/4 SE1/4 BEG SE COR LOT 2 PERDUE SUBD, S148.74', WLY318.78', NLY168.52', ELY330.98' TO POB

 

is hereby approved. A copy of said development plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk with this ordinance and is made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
