Approving an amendment to a
previously approved preliminary development plan in District CP-2 on approximately
an 8.55 acre tract of land generally located on the west side of Blue Ridge
Cut-Off, south of E. 63rd Street Trafficway. (13723-P-1)
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That
an amendment to a previously approved preliminary development plan in District
CP-2 (Local Planned Business Center) on approximately an 8.55 acre tract of
land generally located on the west side of Blue Ridge Cut-Off approximately 235
feet south of E. 63rd Street Trafficway and approximately 750 feet north of E.
67th Street, and more specifically described as follows:
All of lots 5
through 11, Blue Ridge Woods, a subdivision partially in Kansas City and
partially in Raytown and wholly in Jackson County, Missouri according to the
recorded plat thereof.
All of Lot 12, Blue
Ridge Woods, except the South 100 feet of the East 200 feet thereof, a
subdivision partially in Kansas City and partially in Raytown and wholly in
Jackson County, Missouri according to the recorded plat thereof.
All of Lots 13-16
Blue Ridge Woods, a subdivision partially in Kansas City and partially in Raytown and wholly in Jackson County, Missouri according to the recorded plat thereof.
is hereby approved, subject to
the following condition:
That the developer submit a final plan to the City Plan
Commission for approval, including detailed information on landscaping.
A copy of said amendment is on
file in the office of the City Clerk with this ordinance and is made a part
hereof.
Section B. That
the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed
amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning
Ordinance have been given and had.
