ORDINANCE NO. 941418

Authorizing contracts with Thomas McGee and Sons, Winship Travel, Blue Springs Ford, Inc., and Volume Services for lease of suites at Kemper Arena.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Convention and Entertainment Centers is hereby authorized to enter into contracts for the lease of suites in Kemper Arena for the terms and amounts set forth as follows in substantial conformance with Exhibits "A", "B", "C" and "D" attached hereto and incorporated herein:

Suite B 1/2: a two-year lease with Thomas McGee and Sons at $4,085.00 annually;

Suite C: a one-year lease with option to renew for two years with Winship Travel at $6,600.00 annually;

Suite E: a three-year lease with Blue Springs Ford, Inc. at $12,329.00 annually;

Suite U: an eight-month lease with Volume Services at $5,448.00 for term of lease.
