Authorizing a water main easement agreement with Jackson County Missouri for the easement needed across Tract 33 of the 75th Street Transmission Main Project.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water and Pollution Control is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of City, a water main easement agreement with Jackson County for a City easement needed across Tract 33 of the 75th Street Transmission Main Project. This agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
