ORDINANCE NO. 070715

 

Authorizing the Director of Aviation to execute the Estoppel and Consent Statement with Executive Beechcraft, Inc. at the Kansas City International Airport.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute the Estoppel and Consent Statement with Executive Beechcraft, Inc. for the Kansas City International Airport. A copy of the Estoppel and Consent Statement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
