ORDINANCE NO. 900529

Authorizing Supplement No. 1 to Lease No. DTFA09-87-L-10338 with the Federal Aviation Administration for the lease of office space at Downtown Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Acting Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute Supplement No. 1 to Lease No. DTFA09-87-L-10338 with the Federal Aviation Administration to extend the lease period for one (1) year on a month to month basis beginning October 1, 1990, not to extend beyond September 30, 1991. A copy of the lease is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the terms, conditions, privileges and obligations as set forth in said Supplement are hereby approved.
