Appropriating $175,000.00 to the Hazardous Materials Fund for replacement of a pumper used by the Haz Mat Team.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the sum of $175,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated fund Balance of the Hazardous Materials Fund to the following account in the Hazardous Materials Fund:

97-231-023-2100-E Hazardous Materials Team $175,000.00
