ORDINANCE NO. 060768

 

Authorizing a Fourth Amendment to a Design Professional Services Agreement with El Dorado, Inc. in the amount of $555,067.00 for architectural services for the new tow lot; and authorizing the City Manager to expend previously appropriated funds in the amount of $555,067.00 for this amendment.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, a Fourth Amendment to a Design Professional Services Agreement for Project No. 502-03048-2D with El Dorado, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $555,067.00 for architectural services for the new tow lot. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the Capital Improvements Management Office.

 

Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to expend funds not to exceed the sum of $555,067.00 from funds appropriated in Account No. AL-3403-577502-B-89000502 for this amendment.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
