ORDINANCE NO. 120568

Changing the name of N.W. and N.E. 108th Street from a point about 350 feet west of N. Holly Street to N. Oak Trafficway to N.W. and N.E. Shoal Creek Parkway in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the name of N.W. 108th Street from a point about 350 feet west of N. Holly Street (said point being on the southerly projection of the west line of Bristol Park First Plat) to N. Main Street shall be changed to N.W. Shoal Creek Parkway and that the name of N.E. 108th Street from N. Main Street to N. Oak Trafficway shall be changed to N.E. Shoal Creek Parkway.

Section 2. That the changes are indicated on the maps attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Section 3. That existing traffic ordinances on these streets will remain in effect and will not be affected by the street name change.
